In the position of Bicycle Mechanic & Assembly Technician, you work via Staffice on the technical construction of high-quality bicycles in Mijdrecht. You build complete bicycles step by step according to clear safety and production guidelines. Throughout the shift, you solve minor assembly challenges and adjust mechanical components so every bike operates smoothly. You take responsibility for quality and work closely with your colleagues to keep production running efficiently.

Werkzaamheden

Building bicycles completely according to technical work instructions
Using pneumatic, electric, and manual tools for assembly work
Installing, testing, and fine-tuning gear systems and cable brakes
Spotting and resolving technical irregularities during the assembly process
Supporting colleagues in different parts of the production line when needed
Maintaining a structured, clean, and safe working environment

Wij zoeken

Proven background as a mechanic, tinkerer, or assembly technician
Strong technical insight and dexterity with hand tools
A proactive mindset and strong focus on quality
Good command of English or Dutch
Full-time availability from Monday to Friday

Wij bieden

Hourly wage of 15.06 euro gross per hour
Flexible payment options (weekly or four-weekly) via Staffice
